According to doctors, Kaylan Daane shouldn't even be alive. Forty-two years ago she beat the one-percent odds she was given with her cancer recovery, and has survived and thrived, through many other life challenges including abuse without bruises, alcoholism, financial challenges, one-tenth of a second from qualifying for Olympic Trials in swimming and more.
